1) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons, festivals, special launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2) Shipping Timeline (Estimated Delivery)
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery times:

Metro cities: 2β5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3β7 business days

Remote areas: 5β10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout based on:

delivery location (pincode)

package weight and order value

ongoing shipping offers or promotions
In some cases, free shipping may be available on selected orders or during special campaigns.
4) Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable locations across India, based on courier partner availability.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or during order confirmation.
5) Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

a tracking link / AWB number (as applicable)
You can track your order using the tracking link shared with you.
6) Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to:

incorrect/incomplete address details

recipient unavailable during delivery attempt

natural conditions, local restrictions, strikes, etc.

7) Address & Contact Details
To ensure smooth delivery, please confirm that:

pincode and landmark details are correct

house/flat number is clearly mentioned
DharmikStore is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.
8) Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2β3 times.
If delivery fails due to:

customer unavailable
-
incorrect address
-
refusal to accept delivery
β¦the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases:

reshipping may be done at additional charges, or
-
refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping/RTO charges.
9) Packaging & Safety
We take special care in packaging spiritual and devotional products to ensure:

minimal damage risk

clean and secure delivery
For fragile items (e.g., idols, glass items), we use additional protective packing whenever required.
