I haven't received a tracking number
Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of shipping via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. If you haven't received it after 48 hours, WhatsApp us with your order number.
My tracking shows no updates
Sometimes tracking updates take 24-48 hours to reflect, especially during pick-up. If there's no update for 3+ days, contact us and we'll check with the delivery partner.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once shipped, address changes aren't possible.
My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it
First check with family members or neighbours. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours and we'll file a claim with the delivery partner. We'll either re-ship or refund — your choice.
