Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made on dharmikvibes.store ("DharmikStore"), operated by DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U79110HR2024PTC126911, GST: 06AALCD2862M1Z9).
2. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, authentication certificates, and accessories intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Temple-blessed items — Products that have undergone Vedic energisation rituals are prepared specifically for the buyer
- Personalised/custom products — Engraved pendants, name-specific yantras, custom-sized rings
- Opened consumables — Kumkum, camphor, agarbatti, dhoop if seal is broken
- Sacred books — If shrink-wrap or seal is broken
- Gemstones — Once energised with buyer's birth details
- Gift cards — Non-refundable
- Subscription boxes — Current month's box (future months can be cancelled)
4. Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days via email (hi@dharmikvibes.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9220352244)
- Provide: Order number, product name, reason for return, photos of product and packaging
- Our team reviews and responds within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday)
- If approved, we arrange pickup or share return shipping address
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Once received and inspected (1-2 business days), refund is processed

6. Exchange Policy
- Free exchange within 7 days for size/fit issues (bracelets, rings, malas)
- Free replacement for damaged or defective items (with photo proof)
- Wrong item received — replaced at no cost with free shipping
7. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange free replacement or full refund at your choice. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
- After 24 hours but before shipping: cancellation may be possible (contact us)
- Once shipped: cannot be cancelled (refuse delivery for return)
- Custom/personalised orders: cannot be cancelled once production begins
9. Shipping Charges on Returns
- Return due to our error (wrong/damaged item): free return shipping
- Return due to change of mind: buyer bears return shipping cost (₹49-99)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
