Absolutely. Every Rudraksha bead sold on DharmikStore is sourced directly from Nepal and Indonesia, and undergoes rigorous testing including X-ray analysis, water float test, and visual inspection by certified gemologists. Each bead comes with a lab certification from an accredited testing laboratory confirming its Mukhi count, origin, and genuineness. We also provide a certificate of temple blessing from Kashi Vishwanath, Tirupati, or Mahakaleshwar temple.

The right Rudraksha depends on your birth chart (Kundli), current life challenges, and spiritual goals. Different Mukhi beads are associated with different deities and planetary energies:

5 Mukhi — Kalagni Rudra, health & peace (most common)
7 Mukhi — Goddess Lakshmi, wealth & prosperity

Our temple blessing process follows traditional Vedic rituals:

1. Purification (Shuddhi) — Products are cleansed with Ganga Jal and sacred herbs
2. Abhishek — Sacred bath with milk, honey, curd, and tulsi water
3. Mantra Chanting — 108 repetitions of the specific deity mantra by a trained pandit
4. Temple Puja — Placed before the deity at Kashi Vishwanath / Tirupati / Mahakaleshwar during aarti
5. Energisation (Prana Pratishtha) — Final consecration to awaken divine energy

Each blessed product comes with a dated certificate of blessing from the temple.

All gemstones sold on DharmikStore are 100% natural and untreated. Each stone comes with a gemological lab certificate from a NABL-accredited laboratory confirming its natural origin, weight (carat), clarity, and colour. We never sell synthetic, lab-grown, or heated/treated stones. Our gemstones are sourced from authorised mines in Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Colombia, and India.

First time wearing:
• Choose an auspicious Monday or your birthday
• Wake early, bathe, and sit in your puja room
• Wash the Rudraksha with Ganga Jal (or clean water)
• Chant Om Namah Shivaya 108 times holding the bead
• Touch to a Shivling if possible, then wear

Daily care:
• Remove before bathing, sleeping, or visiting impure places
• Oil with mustard oil once a month to maintain lustre
• Do not let others touch your personal Rudraksha
• Store in a clean pouch when not wearing

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹49 shipping charge. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available at ₹99. Same-day delivery in Delhi NCR is ₹199 (order before 12 PM). International shipping to 50+ countries is calculated at checkout.

Yes! We ship to 50+ countries including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Germany, and more via DHL and FedEx. International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes which are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking details are sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email within 24 hours of shipping. You can also:

We offer a 7-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact. Temple-blessed items, personalised products, and opened consumables (kumkum, camphor, agarbatti) cannot be returned due to their sacred nature. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• UPI/Wallet refunds: 1-3 business days
• Credit/Debit card: 5-7 business days
• Net banking: 5-7 business days
• COD orders: Refund via UPI transfer within 3-5 days

You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still cancel — contact us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible but you can refuse delivery or return after receiving. Custom/personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
