At DharmikStore by DharmikVibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Window

  • 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and certificates must be intact
  • Original invoice/receipt must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to their sacred nature:

  • Temple-blessed items — Products energised at temples are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned
  • Personalised products — Custom-engraved pendants, name-specific yantras
  • Puja samagri — Consumable items like kumkum, camphor, agarbatti (if opened)
  • Sacred books — If seal/shrink-wrap is broken
  • Gemstones — Once energised with your birth details

3. Exchange Policy

  • Free exchange within 7 days for size/fit issues (bracelets, rings, malas)
  • Exchange available for damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received — we'll replace immediately at no cost
  • Contact us at hi@dharmikvibes.com with your order number and photos

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hi@dharmikvibes.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product and packaging
  2. Our team will review and approve/deny within 24 hours
  3. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or share return shipping instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Refund is credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For COD orders, refund is transferred via UPI/bank transfer

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/video of the damage
  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund — your choice
  • No need to return the damaged item in most cases

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (you can refuse delivery and it will be returned)
  • Custom/personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
